A Turkish youth minister representing the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) produced a bunch of pamphlets full of conspiracy theories about video games. One of the many accusations involved accusing PacMan of being islamophobic. The pamphlet accuses PacMan of eating women in Burqas, and considered it a piece of anti-Muslim psychological conditioning.
Some of the baffling nonsense in this pamphlet included accusations of Illuminati symbolism in Resident Evil , and that Counter Strike supported the killing of Muslims.
