Paladins Strike Now Available on Android and iOS

Paladins: Champions of the Realm has been in open beta since early 2015, but that hasn't stopped the game's publisher from making almost 70 updates, and even working on a mobile PVP game on the side.

In what can only be described as an attempt to cash in on every conceivable trend that could possibly exist, the Paladins IP finds itself at n the MOBA PVP genre with Paladins Strike for Android and iOS.

Although it's pretty much identical to every other mobile pvp top-down game, it distinguished itself by keeping the same characters, abilities, and card-based ability upgrade system from the class-based multiplayer FPS the franchise is based on.

Unlike the majority of League of Legends clones on mobile devices, this game runs well on some pretty old hardware. The playable characters and environments are pretty well optimised; drastically reducing multiplayer lag and benefiting performance and load times compared to other -almost identical- games in the genre.

The Paladins Open Beta 69 allows players to link their Paladins Strike and regular Paladins accounts through the hi-rez website, allowing players to share skins and sprays between the two games; even allowing players of Paladins skins that would otherwise not be available in the regular game.
